We cover a range of rural communities centred around our base of operations in Haworth, including but not limited to:

Yes! We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and other payment methods. Just choose your preferred payment method in the app or let your driver know when you get in the taxi.
Yes! We allow pets in our taxis, as long as they are properly restrained and do not pose a safety hazard to the driver or other passengers.
If you realize you've left something in the taxi, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to locate your lost item and return it to you. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items left in our taxis.
Our taxis can accommodate up to four passengers, depending on the type of vehicle. If you have a larger group, we recommend booking multiple taxis or upgrading to one of our minibuses.
Yes! We have a fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles available upon request. When booking your taxi, please let us know if you require an accessible vehicle.
Yes! All of our drivers are licensed and insured, and undergo rigorous DBS background checks before they are hired. We take the safety of our passengers very seriously and only work with drivers who meet our strict standards.
